Q. When can I renew my membership?
Renewals will start on 6th January at 9pm
Then..
Wed 9pm-10pm
Fri 7pm-9pm
Sun 12-2pm
Last renewal session will be Friday 30th Jan
We will have a ticket system in place so you can enjoy a drink while you wait.
Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Q. Can I hire the function room?
Yes, please pop in or contact us for an application form.
This will be taken to the committee for approval, you will then receive a confirmation email.
Cost of hire is
Fri £50 for members £100 for non-members*
Sat £100 for members £150 for non-members* Refundable security deposit is £250
Please enquire for availability
*to receive member prices you have to have held your membership for more than 6 months.
No children's, 18th or 21st birthdays permitted.
Q. How can I purchase event tickets?
Event tickets are released to members 7 weeks before & non-members 6 weeks before.
We will specify on advertisement's if it is a member only event
You can either purchase by cash/card at the bar or by card over the phone on 01536 512929
At most events once you have purchased your ticket you can reserve your table.
Q. Do you have a car park?
Yes our car park is for patrons of the club
The entrance to the car park is at the top of Burghley Street
The car park is locked overnight
Q. Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, we have air conditioning in every area of the club.
Q. Do you have mobility access?
Yes, there are no steps from the main entrance to the main bar
We have a small ramp into the function room, where we have accessible toilet facilities
Unfortunately there are steps down into the darts/games room
Q. When are New Years Eve tickets released?
NYE tickets are released around beginning of October.
